General Agreement

These terms and conditions constitute a binding agreement between you ("User") and terbo6 ("Company") regarding the use of the website, mobile application and all services provided by terbo6. This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

Account Registration Eligibility

terbo6 reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as MyKad or passport at any time. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

Deposits and Payment Methods

terbo6 accepts deposits via the following methods:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• DuitNow
• Online banking via FPX (e.g. Maybank, CIMB, RHB, Public Bank and other banks that support FPX)
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

The minimum deposit amount is RM20 per transaction, regardless of the selected method. All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the same user's name.

terbo6 is not responsible for any loss or delay arising from inaccurate payment information provided by the user. Please ensure all transaction details are correct before confirmation.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

terbo6 offers various types of bonuses to new and existing members. Our welcome bonus gives 200% extra up to RM1,500 on your first deposit. Below is an example of the calculation:

The bonus wagering requirement must be completed before any winnings from the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The Company reserves the right to cancel the bonus and related winnings if the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period.

Each bonus is for single account use only. Sharing bonuses between accounts is prohibited. terbo6 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100 per request. Withdrawals can only be made to the same account or payment method used during the deposit, subject to our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy.

The withdrawal process usually takes between 30 minutes and 3 hours. In certain cases, a withdrawal may take longer if additional security verification is required.

• Withdrawal requests that exceed certain limits may require additional identity verification.

• Any attempt to withdraw a bonus that has not yet met the wagering requirements will be automatically rejected.
• Transaction costs, if any, are the user's responsibility depending on the selected method.

VIP and Loyalty Programme

terbo6 offers a VIP programme with three tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier offers different weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 1.0%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Progression to a higher VIP tier depends on playing activity and member loyalty over time. terbo6 reserves the right to review and adjust VIP tier eligibility based on ongoing account activity.

User Conduct and Prohibitions

Users agree not to do any of the following while using the terbo6 platform:

• Use automation software, bots or other technical methods to gain an unfair advantage.
• Share account login information with any other party.
• Use funds obtained illegally to make deposits.
• Register more than one account per individual.
• Make false claims or submit false identity documents.
• Engage in any form of fraud, misconduct or attempted money laundering.

Violation of any of the above terms may result in account suspension or closure, forfeiture of the account balance, and appropriate legal action under applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

terbo6 will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Temporary technical disruptions or scheduled system maintenance.
• Losses resulting from betting or game decisions made by the user.
• Loss of account access due to the user's own actions such as forgetting a password.
• Any damage to the user's device or system resulting from use of the platform.

However, the above does not affect rights guaranteed by applicable law. terbo6 is committed to resolving any user complaints in a fair and transparent manner through our 24/7 support channels.

Account Closure and Self-Exclusion

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the terbo6 support team. Before closure, any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited and any eligible balance will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal policy.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the international licensing jurisdiction that issued terbo6's licence. Any legal action related to these terms will be submitted to the relevant court in accordance with the jurisdiction specified in the licensing agreement.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unenforceable, or contrary to law, that provision will be reinterpreted or severed to the minimum extent necessary, while the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
